Will this fit a 17 zo6? Will the carbon flash match the stock side skirts, hood insert and rear spoiler?

Can the stage 3 winglets be added to this splitter?

Absolutely.

All you'd have to do is drill the holes and bolt it up.

If you're going to do that, let me know when you order and I'll include some free backing plates to support the mounting point, just to over kill the install. :)
