35th Anniversary Seat Covers - Vendor for Correct Colour
Whom supplies the best/most correct leather seat covers?
Seems I seek a off white - cream color leather. I've had Al Knoch offer a bright white leather which is far too pure white and their off white sample is almost a grey. Midamerica - Anyone purchased from them? Curious as they state perforated, but was that ever an option on 35th seats? Ecklers? Willcox? |

Right, so they supply either Corvette America or MidAmerica Motorworks C4 seat covers? Dont suppose you know which your set came from and how closely it matches say the door off-white?

Corvette America. Color is off white. If you can swing it, buy the covers with new foam (my foam was shot). Buying that way will save you some installing work but will cost around $900.

Make sure you get the replica 35th seat covers that has the embroided emblem by the headrests. The leather is not as good of quality as the originals. Replacing the foam is amazing though. I had this done 10+ years ago.

Corvette America just put together a full quote for me to do my seats, foam, bladders and install kit. With installation ($479) it was around $1750.
They were super helpful and they will be at Carlisle if your close enough. Also, they offer the seat leather in off-white (cream colored) or bright white. To me the cream colored leather always looks old/dirty compared to the white arm rest and white doors. I think I'm going to go with the bright white... |
