Your car is purpose built, just as that car is purpose built. That being said, hopefully GM doesn't skimp on the ZR1 and we see some of the cool options on it that we do on the ACR.

The Viper has a huge wing and super sticky tires. It'll be interesting to see how the ZR1 compares. That's a worthy lap.

I hope Chevy will do the same kind of treatment on the final version of the ZR1. ( semi slick tire, hardcore aero )

I see the little girls got this moved, cant stand the thought that something is faster than the C7Z.

It got moved because this is where it belongs. I'm not the one that moved it, but I agree with it being moved.

This made me laugh. Don't get me wrong, I am a fan of all cars, C7Z included, but this was funny.

viper is a direct competitor as it just ran the ring.

A bit of an update. They only got one timed lap (7:03:45) - the rules are pretty strict about when you make a timed attempt and then the weather rolled in. They finally packed up but are leaving the cars in Germany for a scheduled period sometime in August. The drivers think there is another 5 seconds left in the car, so if all goes well we may see a sub-7 minute time. Something for the ZR1 to shoot at!

Awesome run- damn that's hauling! That man can drive. If they can pull another 5 seconds out of it, that'll be very impressive.
