Looking to sell 2009 Corvette ZR1, 3ZR, 2300-miles, what is a fair sell price?
 

Would appreciate your insights into what the fair market price is for a one owner 2009 Corvette ZR1, black on ebony, equipped with 3ZR package and chrome wheels. Stock as delivered from the factory with no mods with the exception of a mild-to-wild exhaust switch. Bowling Green Corvette Museum delivery with all the documentation, from the start of the process to end. All original documents (GM Work Bench Order, Bill of Sale, Production Broadcast Sheets, Delivery Documents, Window Sticker, etc.) have been laminated and placed in safe keeping with copies made and professionally framed. I also have the engraved Museum Delivery plaque along with a large leather bound cocktail table picture book prepared by the Corvette Museum showing this car going down each stage of the assembly line. Includes a Coverking Stretch Satin black car cover. Never driven hard or driven in the rain. 2,300 well-maintained miles. Looking to sell the car and want to set a fair price for a reasonably quick sale. Car has been pampered and needs to go to a good home. I have attached a few pictures. I would appreciate your fair market pricing guidance.

Quick sale 55k. Anything more, i think it might take a while.

55-60k would be a good price. One day ill be buying it so just hang on to it for me lol

Given a one owner, no accidents, always garaged ZR1 with the documentation and low low miles you describe I would expect $58 to 62K. I have been looking for 4 months and just picked up a 2010 crystal red with more miles on it in that range. Not sure the impact of the color on price. Also depends on how quick is quick in your book. Lower is usually quicker but your car looks like a higher value car for the year. Hard to find prime cars like yours even at those prices.

These cars just dont sell when not priced right. Ive seen ZR1’s on Autotrader that have been there over a year. Guys still dreaming that there 2010 ZR is worth hi 60ties. Its just not happeneing.
Not that i would, but you can pick up a C7-ZO6 for less. But i would take the ZR1 anyday.

If you don't need to sell it "real" quick, I'd price it high, as in mid-60's, based on your description of the car and its documentation. Whatever you decide, the right person will come along eventually and pay what it's really worth. You should be able to easily get at least 60k for it right now. Less than that and I'm keeping it if it's me. Lots of people on here will quote and offer you low ball wholesale auction numbers but they never actually buy anything themselves. It's an awesome car. Anything selling for $55k isn't remotely close to being in the condition yours is in. Sure, there are people who are ok with less-than-pristine cars, significantly higher mileage, some dings here and there, and a less-than-extensive owner/maintenance history... and they can find the cars in the mid-50s.

Nothing wrong with those at all, but that isn't representative of your car.

This car, to the picky buyer, looking for something mint and is willing to search and pay for it, is easily worth low-$60s.

Are they dropping in price... yes. But for perfect examples that have been meticulously maintained, they aren't going _that_ low... yet. :)

:iagree: I sold my 2009 ZR1 recently and agree. There will be a lot of people trying to get you to sell it for $55k. Don't listen to them. You can get $60k or more for your car.

He wants a quick sale, no way this sells quickly at 60, no way. This car located in the coldest part of the country in January is also a tuff sale.

I wouldn't price it below 60k and I think it would go for low 60s to the right buyer. There are several people looking for a mint ZR1.

People saying $55k are insane. I'm a recent buyer of a 2013 ZR1 and kept an eye on the market for 6+ months.

I'd price it low 60's and let it sit for a few months...holidays are over, taxes coming and then spring. Someone will pay for your super clean low mileage Z......just have to be patient. Prob 63k and wait. :cheers::cheers:

Not the best example for apples to apples. Auto trader owner wants fast sale for real estate deal. Even though it's low mileage its twice as high as the OP's . Judging by the dealer tag it must be more than one owner. Painted wheels not chrome and a busted splitter.

OP wants to sell within a reasonable time frame. I agree its a low 60k something car for as nice as it looks and appears to have been kept. Its a one owner and all documents
