Great write-up Mike -- it's always the best way to start a Sunday morning (even if it is 3 below zero outside). This ad is so great - wish they still came up with stuff like this!

Loved them all
Great pics again, Frank Class!
can’t wait to see pics of the new Sebring Orange ZR1......with all of the optioned orange accents, both interior and exterior. nice job Mike on clearing out the ‘17’s and therefore accumulating epic ‘17 ZO6 sales numbers to firmly entrench you in 3rd position nationally for the upcoming 2019 ZR1 allocations. Like the article on you said recently...... ”If you want a 2019 ZR1, you will have to go through this guy”. |
Gotta love those pictures and smiling faces.

Great pictures and stories. Thanks Mike. I always like the pictures of the 1963 Corvette. My favorite year.

I like, not in any order, the pale yellow '67 coupe, the split window steering wheel shot, the Le Mans cars, Ed Welburn in front of the fuelie, the white C1 out in the snow, and the red C1 indoors at a show-almost looks like Damascus.

I thought you had a 67 plus the blue C7Z in your signature line? Did you sell the Z? If so, why?

Buddy, I don't know where you get all these old pictures, but it's a pure joy seeing them every Sunday! I love the pics of The Boss and his wife Patti. Plus the pictures of all the '63 Split Windows. Funny was the one with the Nixon/Agnew bumper sticker on it.

The shot of the yellow roadster is probably my favorite photo. Another one that caught my eye is the 1963 coupe with the Nixon/Agnew decal on the bumper.
Thanks for posting them! I agree 100 percent with the poster about the Corvette owner who hates winter while his car is confined to the garage! I am itching to drive mine and have not taken her out in more than two weeks now. Since it is sunny today, I just might go for a spin this afternoon.......although the 'summer only' tires do not do well on very cold days. Have a great Sunday, Mr. Furman! |
Great shots as usual!!

Thanks Mike.....like the '66 sitting since '74 and the photo of the girl with the monster bell bottoms (I remember those things!). Here is a photo from one of our East Tenn Corvette Club members...he had his '70 restored by a local shop....I liked the image.
