Help, noise
 

I have a 2014 vert that makes a sound like paper flapping in the wind accelerating or slowing down at 30-48 miles per hour, sounds like something in the front, doesn't do it the all the time, just randomly. I had it at the dealers twice, they cant find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Vette only has 4300 miles on it. Thanks in advance. :flag:
