Those are cool pics. Interesting how that have learned how to pack more on the trucks through time. You can understand how 4 speed trans disappeared from Vettes shipped on trains. :cheers: Dennis

I have only one humble contribution to add. In the mid-1970's my railroad job gave me a perfect view out my window of passing trains. I always watched for the one which originated in St. Louis, as it often had a carload or even two cars of Corvettes. A great time line of Corvettes in transit. The Malcolm Konner pictures sure bring back lots of memories of the Corvette Shows and the special guests which was always something to look forward to.
