Sorry I am not of much help. All I can tell you is that the one in your top picture is what came stock with my 95.:thumbs:

I had a '91 and the top picture looks to be the one. For sure bottom one is Not stock for '91.

Hopefully, a current '91 owner will chime in!

The lower pic is the wrench that came with my 86.
Embossed with the word Corvette on the ratchet knob.

My 88 has a thinner handle with no plastic coating.
