C5 Wider rim fitment

Anyone know if these rims will fit the base C5 OK. They are about 1 inch wider than stock and the backspce is as shown shown:

Stock FRONT WHEELS: Size: 17x8.5 Offset: 56.0
These FRONT WHEELS: Size: 17x9.5 Offset: 54.0

Stock REAR WHEELS: Size: 18x9.5 Offset: 57.0
REAR WHEELS: Size: 18x10.5 Offset: 56.0

Also if you are familiar with this sizing what size tires would make a good fit for the base C5. I would prefer not to have tires past the wheel wells.

Just trying to get a little more rubber on the road on a base model.

They rims are listed here:

Those will fit fine. They're ZO6 sizes, and a ZO6 has nothing special body wuse to accomdate larger wheels.

295/35/18 rear
255/40/17 on the front. Could mess with 275 if you don't mind a fatter sidewall.

Here's a handy width/offset calculator that will tell you how clearances will change: https://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator

Or 265, factory sizing

Have several positive replies that these rims will fit my base model. It appears they are the Z06 size rims. Now can anyone suggest a good summer tire for the car. Don't drive in the snow. Don't drive even in rain unless I get caught out in it. I can't break the bank for $450 per tire sets maybe something in about $300 per tire range from tire rack. I'm going to have a set of drag radials to mount on the rear for "fun" times and I just need good solid tires for the rest of my driving. I do a lot of cruising and an occasional spirited run in the twisties but nothing crazy.

Those tires are insanely expensive, not worth the effort or the $$$$ IMO.

Most just go 275/40 17 or 275/35 18. 17x9.5 and 275/40s were factory on several cars.

If I were to buy wheels for a street set up I go 18x9.5/19x10.5-11 as the 295/35 18 is getting hard to find and you can find 295 and 305s in 19s.

Toyo Proxes in factory sizes aren't that costly...

Am new to this and I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to ask a question. Trying to figure out tire sizes and the numbers befuddle me. I had 275/30 19 and 305/25 20 on my 1999 C5 Coupe. I would like to go with run flats and am told they do not come in those sizes. Will 275/35 19 and 335/25 20 work without rubbing or hanging out too far?

335s will likely rub

Looked on Tire Rack ad there are several Toyo Proxies. Which particular models seem to be the best on the Corvette - Proxie 1, Proxie R1R, Proxie T1 Sport or what? Thanks

Available in both Z sizes I see 2, the T1 is the premium offering so what I would choose.
Edit... from Toyo.ca
