How is he promising the Ron Fellows school when it is only available to the original purchaser?

keagan 06-06-2018 12:48 PM

He has the ZTK SO coming in a few days. He ordered 2 ZR1’s, a low wing and ZTK

MerakiAutoworks 06-06-2018 01:04 PM

Dang $$$$$!

The seller’s feedback is HORRIBLE! I can only assume this is either Whitmoyer Chevy or one of their employee’s accounts. Will surely hurt the selling price...

:D
Why someone would pay him even MSRP when they can bought at MSRP. This car is well known to have been rode rough and put away wet Seems he wouldn't do very well but you never know.
Always someone with more money than brains. They could brag I bought Streets car! Where I would run!

I'm pretty sure it was never officially his to begin with. It always had a dealer plate on it.

I know for a fact that they are non transferable! This proves that the car was never registered to Mike in the first place. If it was, maybe Ron Fellows is allowing it for publicity to help the sale? Besides that car needs to be disinfected!

I believe he mentioned he never wanted to do paper works twice as the ZTK was close behind.

The only people who know about this car are the few on this site and the children that follow him.The car will sell on eBay as though nobody has ever seen it.

I agree. It is a pretty cool car too if you don't know how rough its first few thousand miles were. VIN 4 and the first manual transmission ZR1 made!

Yeah I always thought it was a promo car or something and he never purchased it. Just good Chevy marketing but I could be wrong...

I don't think he drove it that hard. A few burnouts, a few passes at the track and a few WOT passes on the street. One weekend at a road course would be alot more wear and tear, and that is what the car was designed for...

Robrote 06-06-2018 03:32 PM

Jason is right, it always had a dealer plate on it. I'm surprised they allowed him to mod it with the X pipe. I'm guessing it's being sold like a dealer demo car.

Hey, if you can't get one the traditional way, buy one that's had it's brains beat in for a few weeks.

If you have been wanting a ZR1 and are interested in a ZR1 unless you have no wifi and live under a rock you likely know this car lets not be naïve. We also know the front bill is possibly broken or damaged from his video's. Then the front end bill end caps are gone.

NmtMev 06-06-2018 03:51 PM

100k ey? Let me look in my wallet...

nist7 06-06-2018 04:26 PM

Only seen a few of his vids but his clickbait titles and his idiotic/childish things/attitudes are what lost my following for him quickly. His channel has no substantive content at all.

Dude's a genius though...like lot of other channels that are being followed by "children" as one poster here so astutely puts it....he probably makes so much money from youtube to basically subsidize his car hobby. You can probably write off the ZR1/570S costs as a business tax deduction for his little youtube hustle.

Surprised his current ZR1 was only titled to the dealer....I pray that whomever buys it knows how rough its life was being driven by a young youtuber.

These kinds of people are not really car enthusiasts in my eyes...they are adrenaline enthusiasts who happen to find a medium to make money and get attention with cars. Not surprised if he dumps the ZR1 in 1-2 years to get the newest bestest car out at that time....

zergi06 06-06-2018 05:34 PM

Maybe they have him on the books at the dealership as an ‘employee’ and will be selling it as a dealer demo. He could be considered a marketing employee for the dealership. Vehicle may have never been titled since it had dealer plates and therefor the Ron fellows will be valid for the true ‘original owner’. That’s why he ‘bought’ two.

keagan 06-06-2018 07:18 PM

Wow! Can't say I'm surprised by these comments. Anything SS717 on here goes down hill quickly. If I could make money from doing 10-12 min videos to pay for America's top dog car, why the hell not?

I think with it being the first manual that could potentially help the desirability factor if it was marketed right.
