Located near Las Vegas, NV.

Time has come to sell on my Admiral '94 after 3 years of ownership. Priorities change and I'm not in a place to give the car the time and attention it deserves! If I could sell it to a forum member, that would be a bonus knowing its going to someone passionate about these cars.

Repair records, sales sheet and pizza box are included with the sale.

The car has spent all its life on the dry west coast (CA and NV), so rust is a non-issue. Garaged by all 3 owners. Its original owner garage queened it for a decade, then sold it to the second owner who daily drove and garaged parked it for 100k miles over the next decade, and I took over as an occasional driver/weekend fun car the last 3+ years.

Condition:
Exterior: Paint is solid and cleans up well, but plenty of road chips and swirls (touch up and polishing could go a long way).

Interior: Dash is decent, though now the plastic layer is peeling. A bit of wear and fading on the carpets, mostly driver side floor. The seats I would recommend a leather filler/dyeing kit. They're still in solid shape, but plenty of cracking, and the driver side bolster is torn, typical for these cars.

I may re-do the seats myself and/or have the A/C done, but price would go up accordingly.

Its a solid driver quality car that could be pretty damn good with enough attention. Nowhere near a show car, but it still gets compliments everywhere it goes as being clean and looking newer than it is.

I would have spent the time, energy and money on the car but its become too low a priority, and I believe it deserves better! Also, next time I get a Vette, I want a manual.

Work done during my 3 years of ownership (mostly done by myself):
- Water pump and coolant drain/refill
- Starter contacts replacement and cleanup
- Headlight gear bushings - passenger side (replacements for driver side included)
- Speedo sensor o-ring replacement
- Bose Speaker Amps Replacement (used set from an Infiniti), originals included with sale
- Headlights upgraded with Sylvania Silverstars
- Oil changes and other typical maintenance and cleanup
- Added missing screws to the interior
- Replaced spring and door latch in center console

The car drives like a top (1,200 mile round trip road tripped it late last summer) and offers miles of smiles.

She needs attention in these areas:
- A/C not cold (likely a leak, still undiagnosed) still blows and heater core works
- Small oil leak. Its never noticeably affected the oil level or left more than a few drops under center of the car.
- Acrylic top holds well but is not in great cosmetic shape.
- Wheels are good from 5 feet but the clear coat is peeling w/ minor curb rash present.

Trying to be as transparent as possible so serious buyers don't run into surprises!

Feel free to hit me up with questions about the car. I'd love it to go to another enthusiast's home!

This is how you sell a car. Great description, nice pictures and a bargain price. Can’t believe this isn’t gone. BTW, it’s the best color to ever grace a Corvette! Good luck man.

JD Shredds 08-13-2018 04:55 PM

Thanks TA! Yeah I cant believe how cold the market has been. CL and similar markets only get tire kickers and scammers so far.

JD Shredds 09-25-2018 06:46 PM

Hey y'all, she's still for sale and I'm entertaining any and all reasonable offers!

Have had many nibblers but no full takers just yet. Still running great. I drive it lightly once-twice a week.
