HP Tuners new car can't license been all week no help from HP TECH
 

Ok,
Been using HP tuners for seven years on a C5 just got a C6 downloaded tune from car try to write back and normal pop up you need to buy GM credits blah blah but the option to purchase for the C6 is greyed out .
I purchased 1 New GM license my HP account says I have 10 but when go to write says I have one new one just purchased not there .
This has been going on all week had message from Tech Support to send them the VCM info scan . I did no response .. Just so fed up with the horrible tech support no number to call to talk to anyone .

Are you writing back the tune you downloaded? Or is it a different file?

I figured it out . Found a video from the tuning school .
Had to input new application key into VCM editor that was emailed to me after purchase .
Then was able to use new credit and license car .
Think someone from tech support could have just told me that ? All week with this issue .
And another real drag I purchased two ford credits by mistake and they were not able to give me credit or transfer them .. $100 thrown away ..
Have a really bad taste in my mouth or HP tuners
