Need Help from OC Corvette experts!

I am looking to become a Corvette owner..for the first time. I've found one I really like. It's a C5 with low miles. Since I know zippo about Corvettes I'd like to have an expert check it out and even do whatever diagnostics can be done to tell me how the car's doing. Like before I buy it! Can you recommend anyone in south Orange County? It's a private seller, the car has apparently been in a time capsule for the last 10 years. The story is the original owner, age 78, died after four years ownership, leaving it to his widow in 2008 who never drove it, just left it in the garage! So all the miles were put on in the first four yrs, other than bi-annual smog checks. The seller has no service paperwork which concerns me a bit but then again it's very low miles. The passenger side window doesn't work at all. I read here that this is an issue with these cars. Well at any rate I'm no expert but I'd like to find someone who is. My hope is to learn and eventually modify it and get out on a track. Nothing too serious, just serious fun. Thanks in advance for your help.

I would recommend you post this over in the Southern California Regional section of the forum for some recommendations as well as reading the stickies at the top of this section and those in the C5 Tech section that may be applicable.
