Competition Carbon front bumper and ZR1 cooling compatible!!

Here is what I have been working on. About to launch my CompetitionCarbon.com for all of my products.

My vision of a cleaner ZR1 front bumper. Smoother appearance of one opening that is split into sections for the same cooling area as a ZR1 bumper, minus the puckered lips appearance of the ZR1 front.

5 ZR1 coolers and two pumps ordered so I can build proper ducting for them. Will retain brake ducts and parking cameras still.

will have two versions of carbon splitter. With the bigger ones are fully supported by stability rods, fastened to the body of the car so they are fully functional. Smaller splitter will be for the ones that aren’t into hardcore tracking or he race car looks.

Initial design looks nice, do you have a shot of it hanging on the nose of the car?

I will likely be installing my LG Motorsports cooling kit soon and had been considering contracting a plastic welder to modify the nose in a more cohesive manner than stock, but it looks like this would save the work for me.

What material options would you be offering - are dry carbon and urethane options on the table?

bravo for being the first company to really do this well, and market it. These other companies making all these other body parts instead of appealing to the overheating necessity for more air, they are foolish. I have been begging companies for the past few months to put something good together, and they are all just saying they will do it later... and later... and later....

I hope you knock it out of the park. And I think you will. Your shape looks the best out of all that I have seen, and you have the common sense to have it attach to the stock fenders.

You guys deserve to win. The other companies deserve to lose. None of them would take advice. I would tell them to change the look or the functionality, and they would argue with me... and im like "then im not buying it" and they are like "you'll love it just wait"

Well... i just waited, and not only do i still not like their designs... they aren't even available yet. I am sure they are in high gear now since you have posted this. Please hurry up so these other companies dont snag market share, you guys deserve the most. I hope we can work out a group buy, that would be awesome, i think there are a good 10 to 20 guys here who are ready to pull the trigger as long as you speed test this thing to 200mph and we don't have to worry about it breaking off and going under the car.

A go pro mounted in front of the splitter, looking sideways down the length fo the splitter, and taking the car to 200, would be a great demonstration, so we can see what wind actually does to the entire system and how high off the ground the splitter is going to be when it has extreme down force

also, i saw on your fb page a while back, a photo that you were working on a back end for the c7 as well? did you give up on that idea? A back end with holes for integrated heat exchangers for the transmission would be amazing.

yes, one exchanger on each side that is about 4 inches tall and over a food wide, would fit perfect on each side and solve a lot of peoples transmission overheat issues.

I'm thinking 2 more radiators rather than an oil cooler. My secondary cooler did a great job. 2 more like it should help a lot more and I wouldn't have to worry about any oil pressure or volume issues if I didn't add an oil cooler. should make for easier plumbing as well.

"transmission overheat issue"... nothing to do with engine oil. Transmission fluid. Automatics overheat. It puts the car into limp mode as well, even after the engine oil is brought to reasonable temp. I have read manuals can overheat their trans as well. Its not JUST an automatic's issue.

For the people who dont put coolers there, no problem, it still makes the car more aerodynamic to have controlled vents out the back to kill the vacuum pocket that exists behind our cars.
