Complete Nitrous setup for C6 with wiring

$1,850 shipped in the CONUS.

I am selling my Nitrous setup because I just don't use it enough. It was professionally installed and works flawlessly. This setup was installed on a C6 Z06 and I am going to and I took it apart so it would be plug and play for the next owner if it is going in a C6. This setup is easily capable of running up to a 300 shot of Nitrous. Here is what is included in the sale and I am not going to split it up.

1. Nitrous Outlet C6 Dedicated Fuel system with pressure safety switch and fuel pressure gauge. I run C16 in this tank.

2. Nitrous Express Maximizer 4 Progressive controller. Laptop controlled

3. LNC 2000 to pull timing.

4. Nitrous Outlet MSD Intake 102mm Plate System. This includes, 102mm plate, nitrous and fuel solenoids and brackets, hard lines, 6AN feed line and jets

5. Purge Kit - I ran my purge line to discharge out the front right under the hood.

6. Complete wire Harness.

7. Ashtray switch.

This system was professionally wired. The fuel tank is setup specifically for the C6 and is installed in the engine bay. My LNC 2000 is also installed in the engine bay as well as all of the necessary relays. The Maximizer 4 is installed in the glove box. The install took my installer about 15 hours to complete so you will be able to save all of this installation cost because I am not going to cut any of the wires unless I have to and you will be able to set it up within a few hours. You will only need a Nitrous bottle, which I am also selling, but it is currently full and cannot be shipped. I am happy to sell it locally if you are interested in a 15 # bottle.

I have only used this setup a half dozen times and I have decided that I don't use Nitrous enough and that is why I am selling. Everything is in perfect working condition. As you can see everything is already wired and ready to go. I had to cut the wires that go through the firewall but all you have to do is match up the colors and attach them. Otherwise you will need to connect the blue wire to the throttle body wire and the green wire to the clutch switch. Everything else is plug and play.

This Nitrous setup is used with the MSD Intake as the brackets and plate are specific to this intake.

Please message me if you have any questions.

This setup can be used with stock injectors and a stock fuel pump because the Dedicated fuel tank will provide sufficient fuel when running Nitrous. I used C16 in the dedicated fuel tank.

Damn bro, what size shot were you running on that dyno pull?

lamboworld 07-15-2018 05:51 PM

I will split out the dedicated fuel tank if anyone is interested in everything else. Pricing above. There is a connection and hardline to attach directly to the fuel rail.. I personally would not run more than a 100 shot through the fuel rail and you can run a significantly bigger shot with the stand alone tank. I have ran up to a 250 shot. I am very familiar with how this setup works if you have questions.

Built bottom end? Clutch?

I am using LS7 TI Rods and OEM Crank with forged pistons and sleeved block. Clutch is Monster Triple. I believe that it is rated for 1000wtq and it has never slipped.

I ran this same NItrous setup on a stock block with a 125 shot and never had an issue.

There are a lot of fail safes built into this setup. Dedicated tank with C16 with fuel pressure safety switch, which will turn off the system if the dedicated fuel pressure goes too low. You can also use the Maximizer 4 to shut down the Nitrous and Fuel if the AFR gets out of wack and you set the LNC to pull timing when you are using Nitrous.

so you willing to part with the Nano system?

Did you need a clutch on the 125 shot? I appreciate the input...not trying to crash your FS thread man...just your setup is in the ball park of what I'm trying to do, and I just need to avoid any gotchas...

I did a clutch the same time I did Nitrous so I don't know how the stock clutch would hold up. You could probably get away with the stock clutch for a while, but you will ultimately need to get a clutch.

I don't have the Nano system. I bought that bottle from Nano because of pricing. The bottle is a Nitrous Outlet bottle with a high flow valve and that is why it has a Nano sticker on it.

I'm surprised you are selling this after going through the effort and expense to build the bottom end for nitrous. Are you selling the car or adding a different power adder? If you would have had this for sale a few months ago I would have bought it! PM me a price for the for both bottles. I have two 10lb bottles already but its nice to have a few more laying around.

I am not tracking the car nearly as much as I thought that I would so I am just going back to just motor. I will PM you a quote on the bottles. I have never used the 10# bottle and only used the 15# bottle about 6 times.

Any of you guys that are considering Nitrous for our C6 should really consider this setup. The custom wire harness will make this install very easy. A shop charges 15 to 20 hours for a job like this and this setup can be reinstalled in probably 2 to 3 hours with the harness already completed. There are only a few connections that need to be made, otherwise plug and play. I bought all of the components new so this is not something that has traded hands multiple times. You would be the 2nd owner of everything being sold.

Bump 4 sweet set up...

LSPILLO 07-17-2018 12:05 AM

If you part ways, how much for dedicated fuel cell?

lamboworld 07-18-2018 08:46 PM

Price reduced. I don't want this to sit in my garage too long.

ws6383zo6408 07-26-2018 07:49 PM

I’ll take 4, 5, and 7 if you part it out. Or $1500 shipped

lamboworld 07-27-2018 08:42 AM

Everything is sold except for the Dedicated Fuel tank.

Pb82 Ronin 07-27-2018 10:17 AM

How much are you wanting for the fuel tank?
