2003 c5z t56 Trans $600
 

Selling my T56 that has an issue with the 1-2 shift. Bad griinding, I'm guessing it needs synchros. I bought the car with a bad trans, and bought another trans and swapped it. I did drive the car for a month before pulling the trans out, it made no bearing noises that I could tell, and it never popped out of gear while driving. If you rev matched you could shift without it grinding. It does look like someone has been inside the trans, as it is spray painted grey. I've no idea when that was. Previous seller had no history on it as he bought the car thinking it was a bad clutch and put it up for sale after installing a clutch and having the same problem. I am located in Long Island N.Y. If needed the trans can be shipped to lower 48 for an additional $200 bucks through Fastenal.
