startup aftr 5 years. Cleanout lines or not
 

I had left a couple gallons gas in the tank 7 yrs ago and now after my inspection with a 12 ga electrical cable probing the innards of the tank the gas seems to be all that remains.I probed with a 12 ga rubber coated electrical cable & it only had small streaks of a gas residue like a light oil on the cable. Is there any significant risk in putting fresh gas in the tank and starting it up. I know itll stutter for a few cranks,but Im not familiar with vehicles with fuel injection and what ever else. II need to get it calif smogged afterward and wondered if it may jack my cats up . They were new when I shuter down and parked it. Anyone knowledgable in that area?
