John Pirkle Jr - POOR service
 

I sent a generator to John before his Dad died and he decided to "re-organize" and close the business
I have waited for over two years
Call and call and call and call
Finally - he says it is finished
We swear we pre paid for the work but in order to get the part out of jail we sent more money
He cashed the check
He does not return phone calls
I am calling literally EVERY day
Poor Poor Poor customer service
I will NEVER EVER send another part to him or EVER refer him again
I will look into pursuing this further

Texting EVERY day
FINALLY yesterday he picks up - supposedly shipping out next week - we shall see

I doubled paid John Jr and he never shipped a 59 270hp original generator.
