Is this tick header tick or exhaust leak or is it someting else in the moter that is wrong?

I wasn't sure what i was listening to some of the sound seems like the sound the direct injection make which is normal. Maybe someone else has another option

Do you have any recordings from the driver seat with the door closed? Not hearing anything crazy in your videos but hard to compare to mine because I don't drive it from underneath. :)

I did notice that you are leaking muffler bearing grease at an alarming rate.:rock:

I can clearly hear the ticking inside the car when driving.

Hmmm it did not really sound like anything serious. Based on what I heard I would check your idler pulleys to make sure they are in good condition and not leaking grease from the internal piston mechanism. When they go bad they start to make a sloppy ticking sound that can be confused as engine noise. Next I would check for an exhaust leak at the exhaust ports(manifold gasket) and then at the header flange to X pipe. It almost sounds like a mild leak at the header flange. Typically if you have an exhaust leak at the exhaust port the ticking is very sharp but your video(at least how it sounds) seems to be a little more of a sloppy ticking noise.

I have the exact same sound in my car, did you figure out what it was?
