Good looking car and seems like a fair price. If the car still has a trim tag, do yourself a favor and post a picture of it. There is no such thing as a "metallic green" 1968 Corvette, so you are hurting yourself with informed buyers by posting misleading information. Also, if you would invest 10 minutes in removing the top and the seat covers that would seem like a worthwhile use of your time in selling the car.

We sincerely appreciate the advice. I will post a picture of the tag when I return from travel. The original color was "British Green" which is essentially a metallic green. Chalk it up to our inexperience in describing the car accurately among the Corvette community. Our apologies. I will attempt to get pictures up of the vehicle with the hard top off and the seat covers off as soon as possible. Unfortunately, work is extremely busy at the moment and it will take at least a week.

Cheers.

Hello, interested in your car but distance between us is a problem. I’m not a dealer or flipper. Would like to more information about your car. Does it have AC or power steering? Ever wrecked or damage to body and frame? You state it was restored in early 80’s. What extent, body off frame; suspension replaced or original, when was engine rebuilt; understand it was balanced 1000 miles ago. Being lacquer paint, any cracks in paint or fiberglass panel cracks. Weather strips including tops ever replaced.Trans rebuilt. Any leaks present. How many owners prior to you. Do you have the build sheet and other documents including protector plate. Please text me the video ar 804 721 0754. Thank you for your time.

I'll txt the video as soon as possible. Unfortunately I had a battery swell in my Iphone and had to buy an new one in the fly. The video is on the old phone. I can probably get my dad to forward it.

Cheers

So, the title is in both of your names?

DoctorT 11-17-2018 11:46 PM

No. Only in my name (son). However, when the car sells my father has an interest in the car. We live in the same neighborhood and the car has been a joint project. The car is owned outright and not subject to a loan. If you are interested please reach out.

Cheers.
