JWM Not a good company to deal with
I ordered a few items this past Sunday 10/21/18 from JWM Corvette & didnt hear anything from them. I asked several times through their Facebook page & didnt hear anything from them Then I got somewhat nasty on their Facebook page then they replied IMMEDIATELY stating they were canceling my order. BUYER BEWARE....Use someone else besides JWM for your Corvette Parts Needs......They never tried to reply to my questions only to reply that MY ORDER IS CANCELED...Guess i will now have to wait 2 months to get my money refunded to my credit card......

Our Facebook messages are below. My response is in blue.
The website clearly has the processing times noted (2-3 business days on this one). You were also emailed when your order was processed. To clear it up your order was cancelled for threatening to stop payment and tarnish my name. I will not deal with anyone with those intentions. As of this morning 10/24 your order has been cancelled and payment refunded. https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/xq90/924/UTfMVn.jpg https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/xq90/924/xTTBDU.jpg https://imagizer.imageshack.com/v2/xq90/923/lCbB2q.jpg |
Thanks for posting our conversation concerning my order with you. Again it shows your lack of concern for a potential customer. You state you saw my 3 messages but wouldn't take the time to answer & the attached messages shows it. I also saw where you were making posts all weekend on the Corvette Forums so don't try to say you don't look at your website orders. Also it seems very strange that a company that sells goods doesn't have a telephone number where you can be reached at.
I still stand behind my statement that JWM is not a good company to deal with |
JWM is right, I would not want to do business with you either.

So i guess when you purchase something you give up your right to as the seller when it will be shipped?

Transaction Feedback rules include the following passage: Be forewarned: Sometimes it occurs that a seller will tell a buyer he will resolve their dispute if the buyer will delete all negative feedback. We've also seen it happen that a buyer will threaten a seller by saying they will flood this site and others with negative feedback in order to get what they want. Either of those scenarios could be considered as extortion and cannot be tolerated. The Vendor has responded to this thread and understandably chose not to complete a transaction. This thread is closed. |
