1982 Corvette
 

I never thought in a million years I'd be doing this, but I have been laid off from work, bills are starting to pile up, and with Christmas right around the corner, it has to go. This car was left to me, by my dad who passed away a few years ago, and I had plans on getting it to its former glory, but my family will always come first. This corvette was bought new at Mathias Motors, here in Knoxville Iowa. It has been here its entire life, my dad was the 2nd owner of it, and it has been in my family since 2009. The body has 106xxx miles on it. The crossfire engine is long gone, but the rest of the car is there and complete. The last time it was drove, was on the day of his funeral, which was October 12th 2015, since then, it has sat in a heated garage. It will come with a gm shop manual, the assembly instruction manual, which came from Corvette Central, and the NCRS guide. I really need 2500 bucks for it. I hate to see it go, but I will never forget the memories. I'm posting it here first, because I really want it to go to a corvette enthusiast, and not some "guy" off of craigslist. I am willing to take any pics that I can of it. It just snowed here, and I'm afraid if I get it out of the garage I may not be able to get it back in there. I do have the hood for it as well, that's in very good shape.
