Nitrous Outlet Promax anyone?

Anybody in here use the nitrous outlet promax? On the fence about spraying my cam only ls2 and looking for a good safe setup to use. My shop quoted me this option and it seems awesome but I have never used nitrous before, so needless to say I don’t know what I’m doing with a nitrous controller lol. Any help would be appreciated

Basically is the promax too much (or a waste of money) for a nitrous newbie?

No nitrous controller is necessarily a waste of money, some may have more options than needed, but otherwise a very wise purchase. If you are having a shop install it then I would not have any qualms, as long as they do quality work. The largest issue with any nitrous system is the wiring/electrical. A good controller will only make it easier to use the nitrous to your advantage, and also eliminate trouble shooting issues. With all of that being said, I would go for it.

My tuner uses the promax and he loves it. I was able to play with it a bit and it has tons of features. I love the AFR feature.

Awesome! Seemed really cool from what I read. Where do you have it mounted? Have a pic by chance?

It's mounted on the windshield, under the rear view mirror, using their suction cup mount.

Exactly. I see shitty wiring setups all the time and people wonder why their cars don't work.
