UPDATED: Guess - BEST ONE YET - C8 Reveal!

If not Detroit (looks very doubtful) then NY would be the logical choice. Damn, April is a long time from now!
|
140 days away till the press days of NAIAS. However, I have had my ME deposit down for just over 1,400 days. I can wait 140 days, will not jump ship now as sine gave suggested, buy something else impulsively, and be sorry later. Do I wish the reveal were instead tomorrow? Like you, of course. |

Great vlog, Rick! Appreciate the great content and time you take to put these videos together for us.

Yes, April is a long time away and if the market tanks early next year all bets are off. The recent events give me pause to count any chickens before they are hatched.

What a wind bag. |
That was 17 minutes that I'll never get back.
So basically as each show passes, he says "it wasn't that one", "well maybe it's the next one." |
He sounds like a radio voice.
|
He used to work as a radio host.

What a wind bag. Rick is one of the nicest and most passionate members of the Corvette community. Too bad there aren't more like him out there. |

agreed, Rick treated us right when we bought our vette from him. Even found another $1k discount and rewrote the contract for us. No one is questioning his passion. But that Vlog was nothing more than click bait. He literally said, after predicting LA, and after LA isn't a possibility, that's it's not LA as if that's news. Then, when it's pretty common knowledge that it's not Detroit (as it's too close to Detroit for it to be a possibility) says it's not Detroit, and then acts like it's a huge reveal that it's probably going to be NY, when gee, NY is the next show after Detroit, and a lot of people have been anticipating NY for awhile now. That coupled with a statement about there being a "delay" when no date has been announced, how can there be a delay against a never announced date? Nothing personal against Rick, just trying to make sense of a youtube video, amongst all of the other chaff that is hitting forums these days. |
The cheesy click bait crap won't get you any sales Rick.
|
Rick spends more money and time advertising the Corvette than the Cheap Skates at GM who will not spend any money on advertising and so they let social media do it for them. The Corvette Team didn't spend much money advertising the Special Edition C7's at the ROLEX 24.
|
I stopped watching after about 1 minute.. sorry, that is the typical sales guy... but why hasn't anyone demanded Rick self-ban the way they demanded Zerv self-ban?
|
I think GM could use some good exciting distracting press right about now. maybe they think announcing it while they are cutting jobs will give them bad press but I think it would simply give people hope for the company. i’m sure it cuts both ways… But they should reveal it anyway and get the show on the road. |
and again.,...

GM crushed Wall Street expectations in 4th quarter: Adjusted earnings: $1.43 per share vs. $1.22 per share estimated Revenue: $38.4 billion vs. $36.48 billion expected Average transaction price: $36,000 -- a new record high. Mary Barra knows what she is doing. |
