Stingray power/speed limiter?

On a basic C7 Stingray without the Z51 option, is there any kind of speed/power limiter in the various modes - especially sport and track? If you went out on a deserted straight highway to run it at high speed, what would be the best mode option to get maximum power and speed?

Well, you have an RPM limiter and a speed limiter. Whichever you hit first would be your top speed. A manual transmission would be in 5th gear. THe Automatic might be in 5th gear too, dunno for sure. Sport or track won't matter.

Is the RPM limiter a fuel cutoff or actual rev limiter?

What about the Performance Traction Management modes? It looks like power is reduced in modes 1 - 4.

These things are so complicated . . . . .

Is this available on the basic Stingray? I have the five basic mode choices, but I'm not aware of what you're referring to.

According to the owners manual "Performance Traction Management (ZR1, Z06, Grand Sport, and Stingray with FE4)." FE4 = Magnetic Ride Control, I think.

how can I disable it? Please let me know.
I recently went with coilovers with mag delete kit. And this started happening afterwards.
Weirdly when I get a “service suspension “ notification on my dash. That’s usually when the speed limiter happens and doesn’t allow me to pass 85mph

You would need to edit the tune to disable the speed limiter. Of course, that edit would negate your drive train warranty.

Maybe fix the problem with the suspension first instead of trying to fix the result.
