Hey Guy's thought I would introduce myself and show you my car. It is a 02 C5 Vert that I purchased in July with 16,000 miles. This thing is loaded with Z51 package,heads up and just about everything that was offered in this year I think. It was completely bone stock when I bought it down to the original tires. Was a two owner car that I don't think ever seen rain. I think I got a pretty good price on it at $16,000. Any way happy to be here

Great buy! I Need to say ditto in the new tires idea. 17 year old run flats with 16k on them have to be DONE.

:iagree: I bought a 04 vert a couple of years ago, original tires with 8500 original miles. the first thing I did was buy new tires, it drove like a new car!!

Ditto on the new tires. Get them right away for a big improvement in feel, noise and safety.

Thanks guy's and yes new tires will be first thing she get's this spring! I'm sure I wont drive it much in this nasty Missouri winter weather. I am a mechanic by trade and have my own shop so I have already did all the things to get it up in shape. It actually had a pretty good leak at the upper oil pan I guess from sitting and not being driven. I also went ahead and installed a new balancer, flushed brake fluid, coolant, changed diff and trans fluid ect..... I will be installing a C6 shifter and some sort of cat back (There are a lot of different ones to choose from). Thanks for the compliments.

Yes I am the kind of guy that likes to leave well enough alone. GM spend millions designing these cars I don't need to screw it up :)
