There are a lot of collectors out there that would want that car. It is special. It amazes me sometimes what some cars go for at Barrett Jackson. $100K would be the most I think it would go for. Not so special it's worth a million.

100k would be a steep price I would think. Sure it is unusual, but not "that" unusual!.

It is the last C5 and it's brand new. The owners think its worth a million so 1/10 of that price might be what it's really worth.

I got my C5 (with nothing historically interesting about it) for $991000 less & l don't like blue so they can keep it!!!

When someone spends $1,000,000 they are making an investment. When making an investment, there's an expectation of an increase in value, i.e. a return. That Corvette has zero chance of making a return. If it was being sold to benefit a charity, maybe it could reach $500,000. As an investment, the $100,000 or maybe a tad higher is realistic, expecting it to grow to $150,000 in a few years. Only a fool would buy that car for $1,000,000.
As a fun expenditure, I'd rather buy a low mileage C5 coupe plus a low mileage C5 vert plus a low mileage C5 Z06, 2004 commemorative edition and still have over $900,000 to spend on whatever.
