A good cam with a good tuner a cam can get you from 60 to 80 RWHP if you have the fueling for it.. Robert

6-8 pounds is what most people run on stock lt1 cars with no fueling mods and make mid 500's. Stock fueling does limit these cars but charge air temps in a high comrpession engine like the LT1 also limit how much timing you can run. That's where the benefit of meth comes in. You have the fueling you need to go well into the 600's and you keep IAT's in check and can run more timing. Any boosted car will benefit from meth and especially so for high compression engines like the LT4. With a cam, you would have more fuel the HPFP could put out, but I think you would still need a low fuel system and injectors. Might as well just supplement all that with meth, as its easy and reliable to do so.

550 to 600 easy

Well first off which supercharger are you going to be using for this? Because power numbers will vary depending on that aspect but generally on auto LT1 cars we see in between 550rwhp on 93 octane if a manual car your range will be a tad bit higher but 550rwhp is really the limit of the stock in tank fuel pump any more power than that and we recommend changing some of the fuel components out.
