Cold weather horsepower boost
Enjoying the nice throttle response at low ambient temperatures. Got me wondering, is there a low temperature at which there is no further gain? I suspect at some point horsepower gets maxed out.

Traction is the bigger issue

-459.67F for sure, but I haven’t tried it LOL |

she really wakes up at 32 degrees but below that my but dyno has not noticed any "more" increase.. I suspect it would still gain the lower the temp goes... All Season tires work wonders for that traction when it's that cold but below 32 degrees still has traction issues in lower gears..

geez guys, way off topic replies! too technical for you? CCowboy not included..uda man!

Remember there are torque demand tables in the computer. If you got substantially more cold dense air than the initial GM dyno calibration, wouldn't it just pull timing to get back down to the rated power anyway?
