having owned a 69 350/300 auto with a/c, the later built 69's with these options did not come with a.i.r. equiptment from the factory. the factory determined that with the base motor and auto and a/c that the emissions were so good that it was no longer needed. I saw a lemans blue auto 350/300 in the ncrs meet years ago at the cypress gardens show which belonged to a pilot and was body off restored that it was the case with his. His car was a late built car this these options. fyi..

While I agree with Cor66 that all ‘69s came with smog, let’s not discuss it further in this sales thread. Start a new thread if you want a debate.

Dropping price to $19,500. See edit in original post. Noticing a very faint blue tint smoke at idle. A bit more when its initially started after sitting for several days, goes away after coming up to temp, but still an indication that the (most likely) rings are starting to give it up... If it doesnt sell at this price, i will pull the engine when the weather cools off!

I think your right when you said tough crowd.....Nice looking vette at a fair asking price....

Don't know what buyers are looking for...I feel mine is priced right as well but no bites....Asking under 20 grand for a full chrome bumpered vette is a good deal especially the way you described it..
I wouldn't worry about the rings..That car will not suffer in performance even if it burns a little oil..
