07 c6 z06 first gear, but not moving forward?
 

I have a question, so ive never had this experience before, this is the first time ive experienced it, I leave my car parked in reverse and brake up on a flat surface. I started y car normally, waited a few minutes and put the e brake down and put it in first gear. I proceeded to get out of first as usual, but the far didnt budge and felt exactly as if the ebrake was pulled up and you were trying to drive the car. I put the car in neutral, pulled the e brake up, and then back down to see if that fixes it. E brake light was disengaged, back in frst gear and still nothing. It worked normal after i shut the car and restarted it, after that one time no issues. Ive searched the forums and no one has information about this. Pleae help me know what happened, and if theres a fix. Feel free to comment further questions, and id be glad to reply. Thanks

Well as far as I know, the e-brake is not electronic as it is in the C7's, co it sounds more like a cable issue,

Knowing this would be a good start.

i didnt try that when i had the issue, but now everything seems to be working as should
