Convertible top cleaner?

I know this is not the best time for my region for this question but I figured what the heck. My top has a spot on the drivers side I am going to say it's the original top to the car which makes its 10 yrs old now. I have just used soap and water to clean it and what ever the car wash has, I have looked on-line and holy crap I thought their was a lot if car waxes out there I think convertible top cleaner are right there with them. On that note what I am looking for is personal experiences this what I have found work best for me at least. I have the tan top with a dark stain on one of the bows above the door its hard to see in the pic but if you can enlarge it easier to see at least. Anyway its driving me nuts suggestions? recommendations on any particular product you have had success with new to this convert top thing and the whole product care world can of worms that it opened up.

I have had good results using the 303 brand of convertible top cleaner/conditioner (water proof) treatment.

303 or Raggtopp. I have used both and prefer the 303 product. Buy the kit that has cleaner and preservative. Make sure you get the one for fabric tops as they also make them for vinyl.

I have had good luck with raggtop products.

 When I owned a rag top, my choice was RaggTopp!

Rag Top for me as well. Did a good job on a 30 year old tan top on the '89 Avanti I bought and had up until a couple of years ago.

Just buy this kit and you will never use any other product - trust me - I've had convertibles since 1984, with all types of materials...and nothing works like RaggTopp:

That brush is super soft but really agitates the dirt to the surface of the suds and makes the top look brand new.
