I have the Borla x and ATAK on my Z - sounds wicked! Get em both!!

You'll hear the biggest difference in the axle back, the xpipe helps too but less than the axle back.

:iagree: I installed the Borla X pipe 1st with everything else stock and ran it with the NPP fuse pulled. To me it was louder and better sounding mostly only when I was in the throttle pretty hard. I wanted the deep rumble sound and for it to be louder during normal driving all the way through the power band. So I installed the Borla Atak axle back with the X pipe and got that. Is there any sound difference in the 60548 X pipe as compared to the 60547 which is now discontinued?

Definitely the 60548 keeps the secondary cats and the 60547 removes them. The 60548 is not going to be much louder at all.

2018 z06 with hooks headers, cam, custom x pipe, and borla attack with second cat delete.

I have the 60547 and run road courses. The first thing I noticed was the car was much louder at wide open throttle which happens a lot at WGI on every lap. Also I felt the rpm's increased at a faster rate over 5k in 4th and 5th to WOT, the car bounces off the rev limiter quicker and easier now than before. I hade to turn my speakers up to hear my passengers screamin to slow down! I agree great sounds and to me a bit more power.
