Can you help me conclude or find the CORRECT OE fasteners, clips etc for fastening the above FLARES
to the Qtr Panel Lips and Ends of SKIRTS?????

I had the impression that these were hard to find and somewhat rare since they weren't being made anymore. Perhaps I have mine overpriced and should lower it. I may do that. The type of material they use for these have proven to be strong and resistant to chipping from road debris, rocks etc. I don't recommend carbon fiber to be used for fender flares. It looks good but it doesn't hold up cosmetically, especially if you live in the desert area.
I've seen sheet metal screws being used to hold them in place and those do a decent job but a good quality rivet gun will work just as well if not better. Just be sure to drill the correct sized pilot holes for the rivets.

It's been awhile since I installed one but there isn't really much hardware involved. It can be done with mostly rivets, washers and a few basic sheet metal screws. Here's a video from LG Motorsports on how to install. ZR1 Side Skirt install

Spectre-13, I want to SEE how the (ABOVE) factory Flares are attached ...

I WANT to replicate the stock HArdware as much as possible

While I dont expect a ZR1 owner to remove his OE Flares I'm hoping somebody
might have pictures while they were off the car or ?????

Honestly, I'd like to help but your best bet is going to be your local Chevrolet dealer parts counter. They can show you a parts diagram and tell you exactly what hardware to include part numbers and will likely have this in stock.

Interesting. This looks more like a guide than an instruction. I.E. I'm sure screw "E" goes in the from the other side and more than one rivet is needed at the bottom. However, it is a relatively straightforward and simple install but you'd think they could at least provide a more accurate and complete diagram.

if you go to trunk monkey corvette parts....punch in the number...you will see that both part numbers ...20837877,20837878 are listed for a ZR1...what isn't to understand...this is very simple....part number 3 is a different screw with a UNUT...than part number 4...which has a hex head type screw with a washer and I believe is longer...if you choose not to use a rivet (2 of them) why?...you want to get the thing apart...then use screws (similar to part #4) with a UNUT from inside the skirt...thats the way I did it on mine...keep in mind...those screws from the dealer will cost you around 5 bucks a piece...if not less
