Quick Reply POP-UP

How do you get rid of this new Quick Reply POP-UP? It reappears even after you go thru the review.

I dont see it if I'm signed on. Only time I have seen it is when I'm not signed in.

I got it today even after signing in on the main page.

Guess I am going to have to examine every detail and hope to find a "done" button. I get it 75% of the time when I open a thread, signed in or not.

Anybody got a fix for this??? I get it the first time I try to open a thread, AFTER I'm signed in.

Now most of the time after I sign in and open a thread I get the quick post tour. After typing in my reply, I have to sign in to the forum again. I am currently signed in three times. What a PIA.
Is this part of the Malware?
