Hi Pat, Just pm you. Im looking into the rating online also as I didnt see your reply here as to not knowing.

Anyone asking what the spring rate is doesn't know what they're looking at. That's VP&P's adjustable spring, and that mount doesn't fit 63-79, it's for the aluminum Dana diff in 80-82 cars.

Page 5 explains the adjustable springs, page 7 shows the adjustable transverse front, 63-79 rear, and 80-82 rear.
