ACSXL splash gaurds

Hey does anyone have pictures of these splash guards installed on their ZR1's.
How are they working out?
I saw the pictures from their website, I'd like to see them for real....Thanks

I just got mine last week. I had made a thread about them and a couple guys put pics up. I don't know how to get their pics up on here. Try searching it and you should be able to see the pics. I'm having mine installed next week.

I installed the XL's. Cheapest investment to protect your paint. Protects all areas. No chips from the Cup 2's. Nobody has noticed them.

I think they look and work great I highly recommend them to protect your investment along with PPF.

I put mine on in the rain at the delivering dealership before I drove home. Easy install, kneepads help. Only heed a 7mm hex and a small torx driver. I didn't need a pry bar, OEM ones came out easy with careful yanking. Just follow the included instructions.

Pry bar?!?!

To be technical "interior panel removal tool" Which is a pry bar. A very small, plastic bar for prying.

Did you also do the brake scoops?
I don't see much difference between the ones that come on the car?

-No, I'm not tracking it for a while. I'll do the scoops and exhaust parts then. Might leave them on, might not.

Put mine on a few weeks ago after I had them Xpel'd. They work great and makes the car look more aggressive.

Those look great! Painted SGM before install? Thanks!

Installed full set Friday. Very high quality and they even ship with new clips. It took 5 minutes per wheel to install them. The composite is impregnated with the color to help prevent any chips from showing. Like the rest of the car, I wrapped these too anyway.

Highly recommend...

Thanks a lot...those are really great pictures...I'm going to order them on Monday....
By the way...Are you really a Repo Pilot?

Repo Pilot 02-16-2019 11:11 PM

Glad they helped 5.6.7. The ZR still looks bad azz with them installed and not like a dump truck. High quality product and a perfect fit.

As to your other question, Yes - I am. But I only deal with Boeings and Airbuses. As a matter of fact I'm headed out of the country tomorrow on "another excellent adventure". That said, and with all respect, I'd appreciate trying to keep the thread on-topic.

Check out the Carbon Fiber scoops and other carbon trim items at WeaponX. Also highly recommend.

Hi Repo Pilot,
Appreciate your current + prior responses/photos - always spot on!
I'm picking up my ZR at the Museum this Friday: it's the same color as yours. Will do same "mud flaps." Looking at your great photos, it's hard to tell from my 60+ year-old eyes, but were yours available same as car color or did you have them painted? If so, how much? Expel was great idea: extra cost by installer or package deal? Thanks in advance! And congrats!

What size (or model) are your rock guards? They look wider than mine in your pics.

BIG SURPRISE!!!
Instead of ordering the ACSXL's on line for my impending ZR1, I decided to call in and order them just to make sure I was ordering the right parts.
One of the owners (Joseph) took my call and informed me that they added another option beside the Carbon Flash.
They now have a "Carbon Fiber style" for the splash guards and brake scoops.
It's so new that haven't been added on to the website yet but if you call in you can order them.
I bought them sight unseen. I took Josephs word on it that they were smokin'......
