Just tried.
I placed an order for Borla axle back. That was this past Tuesday. Website shows no order found. My money went right to a PayPal account. Anyone else have issues with this business. What is so hard to drop ship from Borla. I can just go a charge back. I'll buy it from a more reputable vendor.

Ordered multiple times from RPI, with several involving custom painted components. Never had a problem....

Just ordered side skirts for my car. Transaction went smoothly.

One RPI order here... no more. Nuff said. :yesnod:

Called to place an order last week. Left a message and my number as directed. No call back.
Now concerned about customer service.
Will order elsewhere.

I have ordered from them, never had a problem with this company.

Ordered Wild to Mild from RPI. Two week backorder but showed up as promised.

Have purchased from both and never an issue.

I have gotten side skirts and a front splitter (separate orders) from them with no problems.

I've ordered multiple times from both companies. If you don't have an order confirmation email, you didn't place an order. If you do have a confirmation email then you can use that to follow up with them.

Me too. Both companies offer great service. Most of my custom painted components came through RPI.

Also placed one order with RPI - never again.

So I got taken?

I have ordered numerous times from RPI DESIGNS and have had no problems with my orders from them at all. I am awaiting my last order from them now but so far, everything has been exactly as I had ordered !

Have been ordering parts from RPI for my Corvettes for 10 years now. Some transactions were smooth, some weren't. I will say, there have been several times my painted parts arrived with an "issue" but eventually they did make it right. I just wish it didn't take 5-6 weeks when you order anything painted. At least they let you know up front it takes that long.

I just ordered several Carbon Flash painted pieces for my C7 from ACS Composite and all of those parts came 2 days after I ordered them. Excellent customer service!

Yes, I ordered side skirts from RPI. Took almost 8 weeks to arrive. They were packaged poorly and arrived broken (damage from ups I'm sure). I needed them asap as I was going on the Western Scenic Tour through the Black Hills of SD. RPI ended refunding my money.
