I wish GM would start the reveal videos... something!

Nice Cali real estate in the background. "Single family, fixer upper... only $600,000!"

I find it kinda funny how GM is delaying the release of the new "Mid Engine" Corvette due to "Electrical Issues" by road testing these cars in the most Environmentally and Eco Conscious Green State of the Republic of California. I Love It...... :flag:

Thanks for posting, Corvette Nut.
I'm jealous because we've had zero sightings in North Carolina......and the hunting is so good!

Buddhaman 02-20-2019 03:13 PM

Is anyone else tired of only getting 1-2 pictures of these at a time? Everyone has a smart phone, most are capable of taking video, and all can get more than 2 pictures of a car. We had the spotting in San Diego and only 1 picture that made it on this forum. Now, another single image.

RapidC84B 02-20-2019 03:20 PM

I'm tired of GM being mum on the car... I'm ready for the official marketing teasers. They did a masterful job with the C7 release.

Pairs

I think they do it so the one in back can watch for parts that fall off.:hide: No wait that's Dodge.

Is it just me or do those side view mirrors keep growing???

I was just looking at them... they're huge. I know export C7s have bigger ones. Wouldn't surprise me if Gm went to one unit to save money and meet Euro standards. If so, I hope they come black to blend in. Also, their overall angle relative to the car is odd... they point up.

That is south of Temecula, in Pala/Bonsall, on the 76 East, heading to the Pala Casino and Reservation area. They are likely headed up into the Mountains in Cleveland National Forest. They would not have driven into Temecula going that way, as the record rains closed sections of the one road from there that leads into town. There is no way to get several snap shots there or even turn around to follow. Super narrow road. Those old homes are on the Pala Tribe reservation, if I'm not mistaken.

Nice. Hopefully they make their way a little more north west to Ventura County haha.

Thank you Corvette_Nut. ME’s keep on testing in spite of the many doom and gloom rumors that there is this major problem, then that major problem, etc. Perhaps the sky is not falling.

That mirror arm angle reminds me of the 512 Testarossa

Sadly, you are pretty much spot on. Temecula isn't great therefore it would be a bargain at $600K.

The car is still late, no matter how you try to spin it. The FCC leaks, the firmware leaks, the change to the plant tour schedule, the overall timeline of when and where we've seen various development cars, the utter lack of any news regarding the next step (or lack of) in C7 production. All signs say this car should have been announced by now.

The sky may not be falling, but some of the ropes that hold if up are looking quite frayed.

Corvette_Nut 02-20-2019 05:43 PM

Really? Who records a 6 second video? :crazy2:

Maybe someone can follow them, wait for them to park, and rip all the covers off of them.
