Pics of old cars

Hope these shots come through. Some old shots of my '75 Vette which I purchased from my brother who purchased a '65 'Vette in 1980. And a '56 Vette that my father-in law sold for $600.00 back in 1975 :ack:. My sons are in the car back then. They are going to turn 49 yrs. old this Sept.8th
Also a shot of my 1967 Chevelle 327-275 HP 4 speed posi rear full inst. Paid $3,480 approx. a dollar a pound !!!!

Although my favorite Chevelle is the 1970, the 1967 is pretty cool too. Those cars had a lot of style. Too bad that primitive tire, braking and suspension technology made it hard to put all of that power to the ground efficiently.

P.S. Your 327 Chevelle with a 4spd stick probably did very well and you saved a lot of money by avoiding the big-block SS396 package. The 327 likely ate a lot less gasoline too.

Rich, the '72 Roadster is the first classic Vette I owned. The '67 Camaro RS (#'s matching car) is still in my garage. It was my Dad's car, and has been in the family since 1973.

BTW, that Chevelle has a different look. Is it possibly a Canadian version?

Great pictures !

I love that 1967 Camaro. The RS package with the hidden headlamps and all-red tail lights provides a nice touch.

My 68 SS/RS Camaro has been mine for 43 years. Went from a 375HP 396 to now a 548C.I. with a little over 750HP.
The 87 Turbo Buick T-Type I bought new in 87, I have owned it for 32 years now.
