Any recommendation for indy shops in Atlanta area preferably north Atlanta, Alpharetta, John's creek and Cumming who does great job in installing mods at a good price

Mahdavi Motorsports in Lawrenceville. I haven't used him, however they built a 427 for a friend's C5 that screams.

I have used Vengeance and have nothing but good things to say about Vengeance. Vengeance is NOT cheap, but they do outstanding work and you get what you pay for.

Are any of these recommended shops able to do GM Extended Warranty work?

Doubtful

American Corvette in Powder springs has great feedback and I initially saw them in one of the national Corvette magazines as recommended for state of GA. I personally have not been there but need to go by someday soon for Johnny O'Connell stg 1 install as F45 is shot in my 98. Might be worth a call.
