Congrats. Enjoy your new found ZR1 killing power

Tires should be next on your list

Very nice numbers. I’m considering the 2.3 when my warranty expires. I see most do headers when they upgrade the blower to get the most out of the setup. Are the headers emissions compliant?

I’m trying to be careful on my Z. I wasn’t with my Saleen Mustang. They changed our testing system here in Oregon so I could no longer pass. Got frustrated and sold it to a state without testing.

I don't think any header is going to be emissions compliant, visually speaking. Even ones with cats

it depends on the way testing is done. We should be able to make computers say anything the want. In Illinois the generally just plug into the odb2.

Same here. Scan with the OBD2 and check for codes. No codes, means good to go.
Just dropped my Z off for a new 2300 and a few extras. I was at 700rwhp with my mods on the stock blower. Can't wait to see what an extra 125+ HP will feels like.

Thanks for posting this. I can’t thank Jeff and Ryan. Extremely satisfied.

Anyone know how to monitor boost on a setup like this? My understanding is that the supercharged doesn't have a port.

pj-c7 03-05-2019 04:58 PM

My 2300 has a port located on the left side towards the back. Small 1/8 nipple/nozzle thingy...

I wonder if that is it.

Just to clarity, left side is passengers side.

The heartbeat kit comes with a C6 ZR-1 MAP & harness to allow installation at the back of the S/C
