Driveline noise after New clutch, pressure plate and flywheel,

Just had a new clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, throwout bearing, slave cylinder installed. Never had any noise prior to this, now it sounds like driveline noise, like a grinding, vibrating noise mostly in 6th gear under acceleration. It is a little noticable in other lower gears, but very noticeable on acceleration in 6th. No noise on deceleration and no noise in neutral with clutch out, no noise coasting. Almost feels like not having any rubber mounts anywhere in the motor or driveline. Any ideas?

Check engine and transmission mounts? Make sure the bolts are tight on the work that was done. Did you bring this condition up with the repair shop?

Was the flywheel replaced with a single mass one? On the ZF6 transmission that can cause a lot of noise and vibration.

Sprung hub clutch or non sprung hub?

as with question above:
did you go dual mass or single mass?

did they balance the pressure plate to the flywheel? (This can be either good or bad depending on how they did it bc you still want to retain the external balance in same location (on the dual mass flywheel) the same as factory).

If single mass alum flywheel, and they remove the external flywheel weight , zero balance it, reinstall the weight, then its good.
