Any large hardware store will carry hex or Allen head bolts in both metric and sae.

Are you familiar with "small pattern 12 point " cap screws? They install with standard 12 point socket wrenches, and are much stronger than Torx hd.

ACE H/W has supplied many fasteners for all my Vettes. Also, an incredible source of "everything", check out McMaster-Carr

Are you only wanting to do 'tube to plenum' or actually 'ALL' including intake base to cylinder-head? I like HRR's suggestion of 12pt and they also have a flange-head. You'll NOT find what you want on a retail shelf mass merchandiser but knowing specifications I'd think an easy buy. You might need to do a few pieces to get appropriate lengths but I'd say doable.

You would need a mix of 3/8-16 (to cylinder-head) and M8x1.25 (for tubes)

arp sells the complete upper and lower intake, TPI sets (34 bolts total) in either stainless or chromoly black oxide, 6 or 12 point - try https://www.summitracing.com/search/...rder=Ascending - no hands on experience, and i'm assuming the uppers are metric, and the lowers fractional. a little research may be needed. then again, thought I answered this....
