C4 95 Falling upper radiator hose and temporary loss of power

I warmly welcome.
I am a fortunate Corvette user from 95. I have a problem with the falling upper hose from the radiator. During a sharp move from under the lights my hose fell twice. The hose clamps are new. Can the worn inside of the hose be the reason for the fall? (the hose looks like new on the outside). What could possibly be the reason for the pressure in the circuit to be large enough to drop the hose?
In addition, I noticed that sometimes during acceleration (no matter whether I accelerate gently or sharp) vetta for a second loses power, I hear shots / farts and in the next second regains power and accelerated normally. New opti, new ignition wires, new spark plugs, new fuel pump, new lambda sensors. Any ideas what may be the cause of the above-described case?
Thank you in advance for your help and hints.
Mario from Poland

Hi Mario. Could you explain what you mean by the radiator hose "falling"?

hmm? It just slipped off. All refrigerant liquid spilled onto the road. I loosened the clamp and I could slide it back.

Get rid of that hose clamp and get a screw type.

I agree. If you chose to use the original clamp, move it down toward the center of the hose, make sure the hose is pushed all the way in toward the radiator, then slip the clamp over the bump which will keep the hose in place. You need a pair of pliers to expand the clamp to do this. Your picture shows the hose and clamp not seated over the bump in the radiator neck.

I changed them into srew clamp, and so I see that the coolant drops out. "Friendly colleagues";) :P they threaten me with a gasket under the head. But the oil is black, no white smoke, etc.

ok. I will do it over the weekend and let you know what the effects are.
Thank you for quick replies.

Hello

I have serious doubts and a great request for help.
My car was produced at the end of November 1994. The year of production and model on all documents is 1995.
I know that the previous owner had an accident with a small fire under the hood and had to replace some of the rubber and plastic elements. I saw pictures after this unpleasant incident and they were not drastic. The damage was minor. And now I come to the heart of my doubts. After the VIN number on RockAuto, I ordered radiator hoses: upper and lower, additionally I bought new clamps. When I tried to put them on, I was surprised that the upper radiator hose, which is currently in my car, consists of the upper front and rear (as it was in the year 1994 ??if I'm not mistaken ). I am allowing the possibility that the previous owner went on the easy way and installed parts not from this model year.
Do you know that model year 95 should have a upper radiator hose consisting of two parts or one ?! In the picture, which I attached earlier, you can see two hoses and something like a heater bypass.

I apologize for any language mistakes;) I'm still learning;)
Best regards and thank you in advance for your help.
