WTB Tach drive distributor for '69 427 390
 

Looking for a vac advance distributor for my '69 big block as my current distributor does not have vac advance. Looking for an original style distributor that will fit under my stock ignition shielding. Will be doing an electronic conversion on it. Let me know what you have and a price shipped to 08724.

Thanks for these! I’m definitely looking for something that will work from the get-go as I’m not knowledgeable about these at all. What are your thoughts on the rebuilt distributors from the big corvette parts places?

If you are not looking for a 100% correct distributor, any small or big block cast iron, tach drive, vacuum advance distributor will work. Get a hold of Lars here on the forum for his papers on timing and advance or send it to him for a rebuild and set up.

thanks! Yes I’ve got Lars’ papers and am doing this per his recommendation. I would like to send it to him when I get it. I emailed him but haven’t heard back yet
