Another any idea what this is moment

I found this tag in a box of carburetor stuff along with some other misc junk. Is it corvette related or even car related? Seems to be made out of plastic.

Looks like a seat tag placed on during construction.

Thanks FTF. If the 11-65 is a date then it’s two years off from the vette and 5 month prior to the sale of his nova.
