Bent or Cracked Wheels on Grand Sport and Z06 #2
 

Many of the Forum Members have experienced Bent or Cracked Wheels on their C7 Corvettes.

This has been discussed in the Ask Tadge Section and the June 2019 issue of Corvette Magazine.

In fact, the Corvette test report in Car and Driver reported 3 bent wheels.

And, some forum members have had multiple bent wheels up to 7.

There are numerous threads in both the C7 General Discussion and C7 Z06 discussion.

GM has, for the most part, determined that this is a Driver Issue and not an Design/Manufacturing Issue.

But, it appears that only Grand Sport and Z06 owners (not Stingray, Stingray Z51 and ZR1), have been affected by this issue.

I believe that this is a significant safety issue and urge member to report this Issue to NHTSA so it can be properly researched and fairly resolved:
