I use www.imgur.com and I upload them there and copy and paste the link for forums in the thread response box. When you post, the pictures appear.

You can also click "Go Advanced" and then "Manage Attachments" at the bottom of the Reply field and upload them directly to the site.

(Can be flaky sometimes.)
