Intermittent miss
 

Hey all, I’ve been having a problem with my lt4. It started throwing codes Indicative of a bad opti... changed it with the petris...imediately after installation started throwing codes again.. Send it back and it was a bad opti and they replaced it.. now no codes but it’s skipping ... getting intermittent Skipp on cylinder 3 ... seems worse under load ..tried new plug and wire.. then switched injectors still skips on three and no problems on the cylinder with the Number 3 injector now I’n it ???
Baffled The chances of two optis being bad is pretty slim ... right?

Skips are hard to figure out many times. A scanner with a misfire counter parameter or a Automotive Ocyliscope could indicate where to look. Plug gap, wire resistance, coil output, and grounds are all.possible causes.
